Overview
Decoration kits were an interesting extension to the Pifco range that appeared in the late 1980s.
Offering an all-in-one solution for decorating a modest-sized Christmas tree, each kit contained a set of 20 unshaded lights, along with 12 plastic baubles and a couple of lengths of tinsel.
The contents were well-presented in a reusable cardboard storage box.
Varieties
At least three different models were produced:
1348 - Red and gold
Equal mix of red and gold baubles, with red and gold tinsel. Included 20 Mini Lights (no. 1220) with red and yellow bulbs.
1362 - Multi-colour
Six different colours of baubles, with tinsel. Included 20 Mini Lights (no. 1220) with coloured bulbs in red, yellow, green, blue, purple and clear.
1363 - Silver
All silver baubles with silver tinsel. Included 20 Mini Crystals (no. 1337) with clear bulbs.
