As well as updating old designs, Pifco developed some entirely new lighting sets during the 1990s and early 2000s.
Brand new sets from this era mostly have model numbers between 7300 and 7499.

Final Pifco Designs
Pifco was taken over in 2001 and although Christmas lighting was one of the few product lines that continued to be produced under the name initially, the Christmas lights business seems to have been abandoned around the mid-2000s.
The final years were characterised by a slimmed-down range which can be identified by model numbers starting with '10' or '11'. New models had little in common with earlier years and the different bulbs and wiring design suggest that they may have been bought-in, white-label products rather than designed in-house.

Later Brand Licensing
The Pifco brand was later licensed to other firms, with a limited range of Christmas lights sold under the Pifco name around 2007-8.
Most of the range was made up of unremarkable plain LED light strings, along with a few simple decorative designs, rope lights and large-bulbed outdoor light sets.
