A huge range of different Christmas lighting sets was produced from the 1960s onwards using miniature screw-in bulbs and moulded plastic shades. Some were in production for only a short period, while others were in production right through the 1970s, the 1980s and into the 1990s.
Some of the early models were redesigned during their lifetime, changing from shades with integral lampholders to versions where the shade was detachable and could be replaced or removed for maintenance.

Decoration Kits
In the second half of the 1980s, Pifco produced decoration kits for dressing Christmas trees. These offered various combinations of baubles, ornaments and tinsel with unshaded Christmas lights in a reusable box.
